- Damages to tyres, rims, or the undercarriage of the vehicle
- Damage caused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage caused by your own fault due to a traffic violation.
Safe payments – Deposit payments are processed through Stripe’s secure payment environment. FilotimoCars doesn’t store or have access to your credit or debit card details, as all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

Minimum age for driver – 23 years old
Maximum age for driver – 74 years old
Smoking/Vaping – inside the car isn’t allowed.
Cancellation Policy – Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Car Standards – We have high quality cars and we maintain high standards. However, if you have any problem, please inform us and we will take care of it.
Fuel Policy – We kindly ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.
Key Loss – If the key is lost, the renter will be kindly asked to cover the replacement cost and the delivery fee for the spare key.
Legal Responsibilities – Please note that renters are responsible for any traffic violations or fines that occur during the rental period.
GPS Monitoring – Note that the vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking system for location purposes. This is used to provide you with the exact parking position.
